LURO is a technology platform that connects customers with independent cleaning professionals and partnered laundromats/dry cleaners for on-demand cleaning services, laundry pickup, delivery, and related services through:

By accessing or using LURO, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

To use LURO, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Provide accurate account information

Have legal authority to enter into contracts

Comply with all applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information.

2. Services Provided

LURO provides access to:

Home Cleaning Services

Residential cleaning

Deep cleaning

Office cleaning

Scheduled cleaning services

Laundry Services

Pickup laundry

Dry cleaning

Ironing services

Delivery services

LURO acts as a marketplace platform connecting customers with independent service providers.

LURO does not directly employ all cleaners unless explicitly stated.

3. User Accounts

Users must:

Maintain accurate information

Protect account login credentials

Notify LURO of unauthorized account use

LURO is not responsible for losses caused by compromised passwords.

4. Booking Terms

Customers may book:

Instant services

Scheduled services

Recurring services

Bookings are subject to cleaner or laundromat availability.

LURO reserves the right to reject bookings where service cannot be completed.

5. Pricing

Prices may vary based on:

Service type

Location

Demand

Delivery distance

Cleaning complexity

Urgency of service

All fees will be displayed before confirmation.

Additional charges may apply for:

Heavy stains

Extra garments/items

Special handling requests

Last-minute scheduling

6. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as:

Users authorize LURO to process payments for completed services.

Failed payments may result in service suspension.

7. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel bookings subject to the following:

Free cancellation before cleaner dispatch

Partial charges after cleaner dispatch

Full charges for completed services

Repeated cancellations may lead to account restrictions.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued for:

Failed service delivery

Incorrect billing

Verified service quality issues

Refund decisions remain at LURO’s discretion after investigation.

9. Service Provider Responsibilities

Cleaners and business partners must:

Maintain professionalism

Arrive on time

Complete assigned tasks

Protect customer property

Follow safety guidelines

Maintain required licenses where applicable

LURO may suspend providers who fail quality standards.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate addresses

Ensure safe access to property

Secure valuable items

Provide accurate laundry instructions

Treat service providers respectfully

LURO is not liable for unsecured valuables.

11. Damaged or Lost Items

For laundry services:

LURO and partner laundromats are not responsible for:

Pre-existing garment damage

Undisclosed delicate fabric issues

Manufacturer defects

Claims for lost/damaged items must be submitted within [X days].

Compensation may be limited to the item’s current market value.

12. Home Access

Customers granting cleaners access to homes acknowledge:

LURO may track service timing

Customers are responsible for securing pets

Unsafe environments may lead to service cancellation

13. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

Commit fraud

Abuse staff/providers

Use stolen payment methods

Submit false claims

Attempt unauthorized access to LURO systems

Violations may result in permanent bans.

14. Intellectual Property

All LURO branding, software, logos, content and intellectual property remain owned by LURO.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

15. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

The platform may experience:

Maintenance downtime

Technical failures

Third-party outages

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LURO is not liable for:

Indirect damages

Lost profits

Service delays

Third-party provider misconduct

LURO’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

17. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Fraud

Abuse

Violations of these terms

Illegal conduct
